Dan Fugate

A lifelong entrepreneur who got started with lawn work at age 7, Dan founded BeaconCTX in 2001. Prior to BeaconCTX, Dan co-founded a telecommunications reseller in 1995, where he learned to serve customers at a high level. Dan lives in St. Louis with his wife and two boys. Look for Dan at kid sporting events, in his yard, at local restaurants, at the gym, or reading… preferably on a beach!

Daniel Brinkmann

Dan’s career started over 30 years ago working in financial services in various roles including as a stockbroker and trader. Dan joined Verizon in 2000 and leveraged his experience to provide solutions to the largest financial companies in the Midwest. Dan has also worked for Spectrum and Lumen. He enjoys collecting vintage baseball cards in his spare time and spending time with his wife and three boys.

Katie Holyfield

With over 27 years of experience in the technology industry, Katie has worked in various roles including customer, VAR, and solution provider. Her specialization is in the healthcare industry, working with both providers and payers. Katie also enjoys teaching boot camp and boxing classes, sharing knowledge of holistic wellness and nutrition, facilitating women’s masterminds, reading nerdy books, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, two children, and pit bull.

Cathy Baumgartner

Cathy was BeaconCTX’s first full-time employee and has been a part of the mission and commitment to clients since 2003. She is driven with the highest integrity to provide clients with exceptional telecom experience, and rewarded by mutual respect and long-term relationships. Cathy was born and raised in St. Louis, and plans to someday migrate south to a warmer climate.

Danny Daniels

Danny started his career in telecom in 1996 with AT&T and later joined XO Communications/Verizon, eventually working as a customer service manager and solutions architect. A relentless customer advocate and creative thinker, Danny started at Beacon in 2018. Danny was married in 2022 and he and his wife Alesha live in Florida where they love the beach and enjoy time with their golden retriever and french bulldog.

Robbi Hubbell

With over 24 years of experience in the telecom industry, Robbi specializes in customer experience and loves to serve clients with excellent attention to detail. She joined the team in 2022 and thinks the team environment at BeaconCTX is the best she has ever experienced in her telecom career. She enjoys camping, cookouts with family, spending time outdoors and has 3 daughters, a Labrador, and a Great Dane.

Greg Fugate

Greg joined Beacon 20 years ago, after deciding he wanted to work in an entrepreneurial, startup environment, where each day includes new challenges, and offers ways to tangibly impact customers’ lives for the better.

Greg lives outside of St. Louis with his wife, two kids and a particularly wet nosed Labrador Retriever, with whom he shares an office.

Amelia Burdsall

Amelia joined the BeaconCTX team as Chief of Staff in 2022. She says that she is really driven by being a helping hand and cheering others to success. She has special expertise in helping executives. She lives with her husband and dogs in South Carolina and enjoys riding horses, baking sourdough, trying new teas, and cooking nutrient dense foods.
