Dan Fugate

A lifelong entrepreneur who got his start doing lawn work for neighbors at age 7, Dan founded BeaconCTX (formerly Beacon Communications) in 2001.  Dan recognized the great need for companies to find an advocate they could trust, to guide them through a complex industry, and proactively manage multiple providers while delivering an exceptional customer technology experience.  Dan and his team continue to earn the trust of some of the world’s largest BPO’s, as well as nationally recognized restaurants, retailers, and financial services organizations.

Prior to BeaconCTX, Dan co-founded a telecommunications reseller in 1995, where he learned every aspect of what it takes) to serve customers at a high level in the industry.

Dan lives in St. Louis with his wife and two boys.  In his spare time, Dan can be found at kid sporting events, in his yard, at local restaurants, at the gym, or reading… preferably on or near a beach!  Dan also enjoys giving back to the community, by supporting a variety of charitable causes.  Dan holds a BA in Political Science & Economics from Boston College.
