Throughout her distinguished career, Katie has excelled in various roles, including customer, VAR, and solution provider positions. She specializes in contact center technologies, with expertise in the healthcare industry. Katie’s passion lies in identifying the most suitable technology solutions for clients, delivering real value, and achieving tangible results.

Katie is an enthusiastic member of Toastmasters International and serves on the advisory board for Lindenwood University’s Women in Leadership program. She is also a proud member of the Alliance of Channel Women and Women in Tech.

Katie’s professional journey includes notable roles with industry-leading organizations, including Qualtrics, RingCentral, NICE, ConvergeOne, and AT&T.

In her free time, Katie enjoys teaching boot camp and boxing classes, sharing her knowledge of holistic wellness and nutrition, facilitating women’s masterminds, reading nerdy books, hiking, and spending quality time with her family — her husband, two children, and their pit bull.
