Robbi Hubbell

Robbi is a Project/Account Management and Change Management professional with over 24 years of experience in the telecom industry. Her specialty is customer experience. She is a proactive, self-motivated team player and serves every client with excellent attention to detail. Robbi acts as a customer advocate throughout the entire service vetting and service activation process and assists customers with new service activation and order/change management and ensures customer satisfaction through accurate order processing, service installation and post-installation support. She has certifications in ITILv4 Foundation and a degree from Saginaw Valley State University. 

Robbi joined the BeaconCTX team in January 2022 after being recruited by co-worker Danny Daniels who couldn’t bear to work without her. She loves the forward thinking and creative solutions that BeaconCTX develops for customers. In fact, she says the team environment at BeaconCTX is the best she has ever experienced in her telecom career. 

In her spare time Robbi enjoys camping, cookouts with family, spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, swimming or relaxing on the beach. She has 3 daughters, a Labrador, and a Great Dane.
